All fiend technicians have access to maintenance records for their specific sites via a digital platform, even on sites without an internet connection. Importantly, these maintenance records are easy to update during field inspections, including the addition of videos, audio files and images. The platform enables real-time data collection in several formats, and keeps accurate records of interventions, allowing technicians to contact each other in relation to a particular site.
